What does an e-commerce store analyzer do?

An e-commerce store analyzer turns order-level data into practical performance signals. SellProfit's analyzer can identify low-margin products, high-RTO products, courier return rates and overall estimated profit from the CSV columns it recognizes.

Upload your order CSV

Use an order CSV containing the recommended fields such as product, selling price, product cost, packaging, shipping, RTO cost, payment fee, ad cost, status and courier.

Find low-margin products

The analyzer groups orders by product and highlights products with at least two orders and an estimated margin below 10% based on the data supplied.

Find high-RTO products

Products with at least two orders and an RTO rate of 20% or more are highlighted so you can investigate delivery, product or customer issues.

Compare courier RTO

Courier-level results show order volume, returned orders and RTO rate when courier data is present in the CSV.

Understand profit leaks

The analyzer flags selected conditions such as negative overall estimated profit, higher store-level RTO and advertising that is more than 20% of delivered revenue. These are signals for further investigation, not guarantees of a problem.

Protect your data

The analyzer is designed to process the selected CSV in your browser. Do not upload information you do not want processed by the page, and remove unnecessary personal or sensitive fields from your CSV before analysis.
